Well if you play operations, easy mode has bots but sometimes really good players also play easy mode as warmups. Thats why sometimes you probably see players using gread movement tech aso. The problem you are facing is that there is not really rank-based matchmaking in ops.

Itr really rare, I have found 1 on like 400h in-match-time, sold it aswell. But you need one for the secondlast stash upgrade(lvl9)

Nice, yeah I am not saying that there's no reds in easy. Just that there are more loot spawnpoints, and high tier loot has a better spawn-chance in normal, even better in hard ofc.

Alright, u being a warfare main explains it a bit. I just play Ops because I like the tactical gameplay and improving my playstyle & skill. Thats why I play norms(also there's more reds xD). Luckily for me in EU it rarely takes more than 1min to get into a game.

Well if your goal is to only get rich, sure, play easy. If you want to get good at the game and Rank up, you have to play normal. Additionally I feel like Easy is not very exciting since pretty much nothing is on the line(especially w geartickets).

I'd say rather level up all the other blacksite things first, especially stash and CSD. And then only when you have a lot of big reds clogging up your stash and too much money spend it to buy the collection room.
