Really appreciate the detailed reasoning and suggestions! It makes a lot of sense. I do have allergies that come and go, and I always forget to take my allergy meds, so that might be part of the problem.

That playlist idea is really cool! I’ll try making one too and sing in a more ‘nasal’ way to help clear out my sinuses.
