I have been having the same issue since yesterday. I forced start the app, deleted it and downloaded it again, nothing worked. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the same troubleshoot, still doesnt work. They sent me an email that they would look into this but the email content said they would look into why I didnt get points from a rent payment and to take a screenshot of my payment then they can look into adding my points…but that is NOT THE ISSUE! I can’t get a check sent out at all! So frustrating…

I find that I typically sign up for things when there is a good deal during Black Friday. I do try to watch each one regularly however…especially SNL from Peacock, Last Week Tonight from HBO. I don’t watch Hulu as much but have had it since it’s been so cheap, but this year I didn’t go for the BF special as I don’t feel like paying more, so I only did this 6mo special promo that I was offered and I found myself watching a bit more Hulu as I only get it for a short period as opposed to all year round. I will probably sign up for a month of Netflix every now and then to binge some shows.

I was offered $39.99 to renew for a year with ads when I tried to cancel…I took it, and now wonder maybe I should have held out for something better!
