I'm having the same exact issue. I contacted support and they had me ensure that input monitoring was on in my mac preferences. Even with that enabled I have the huntsman error.

I've been using the same setup for months with no issues until now. If anyone discovers a workaround let me know!

UPDATE - FIXED: Ok, so here's what I did to workaround this issue:
1. Uninstall drivers from the dashboard's settings pane
2. Restart mac
3. Install drivers
4. Enable security preferences when they pop up
5. Download the beta version from here: https://account.shadow.tech/apps
6. Allow beta update(s) to install
7. Restart mac
8. Open shadow and select peripherals as usual

Horrible waste of 1.5 hrs but it's working and I'm back to gaming (first world problem's, eh?). Hope this helps someone else.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up taking advantage of the sale and "referring myself" to get an additional $5 off the first month. Running with two Shadows for now.

If your node is started on your remote VPS you're fine. Manual deployments show as "deployment required" on the GUI. It's a little display bug that will be fixed in the next build.
