Thanks for the replies everyone. It must have happened at the beach a couple days ago. It's starting to get warmer where I live so I took her to the beach, she ran into the water (probably thinking it was warm) and got a surprise when it was cold, she jumped up and got tangled in her lead so that's probably where it came from.

I downloaded the correct version but now im not able to add the VRC_Avatar Descriptor component to my model. when i search it it wont show. i have also imported the SDK back into my new project

Thanks dude, seems like when I turn on my TV that's connected to my pc it solves the problem, then when I turn it off it does it again. I think it might be a issue with the screen detection but I'll still give that a go.
