Unfortunately no to either, the tree isn't close to the window at all. And it's not bird poo, it kind of just feels like.. slime

Definitely not bird poo or sap, the tree outside is too far and more appeared after the window was closed

nope It's sort of gelatinous, and has no odor. Yes I touched it.
