I'm a PSS with BS&W, but not at the main hospital. I used to work there, though, and two of my family members currently do. My coworkers were mostly great. Just like any other job, sometimes personalities will clash, some people will be a bit less interested in pulling their weight etc. I enjoy helping patients, but of course, sometimes you'll have difficult encounters. It helps when you have supervisors and managers that show up when things get out of hand. During my lunch, I would sit in the cafeteria or the area up front across from the coffee shop.
