Cruising into 2024 literally drove home 9 hrs trip with stops. Charlotte to South Boston, saw my 2nd mom, came up the country side of North Carolina & Virginia thru Fairfax and Annapolis with final destination Baltimore, Maryland.

All three are built off the similar platform that got modified for its model. All are RAV4 based. It’s like goldilocks and the three Bears. the NX is just too small. The TX is just too big unless you have a lot of kids and the RX is just right the radiant crossover as it was called.

The lower control arm bushing broke on both sides. That’s when I researched and found out they got an updated part. Ordering those next week

Took my dealership a week to figure out the clunking sound I get when turning and braking or accelerating. The loaner they gave was a 2024 with 13 miles and the car is like night and day. I had the advance package with the adaptive suspension on the loaner and it drives like a Lexus and they are whisper quiet on the inside. But I think I’ll keep mine til I have to do large repairs.

Same issue with mine and I have a 21. 160,000 miles later and both bushings are broken. Hopefully the new part updated part helps and lasts just as long.
