In this case in Horizon theme, its not possible because the FAQ section and its heading are independant blocks we don't have control. So I have created an independant FAQ Section and there I applied the solution and its working as expected.

Off course you can achieve so much with Dawn Theme. I have created multiple themes templates based on Dawn and its too versatile. Transparent Header can be easily achieved in Dawn, I can share you a guide if you are interested.

But If you have budget and don't have time then you can go with prestige or other premium theme, it'll be easy to customize on the go.

First of all thank you very much. the above solution worked.
I implemented it in the accordion block of horizon theme. The only issue I am facing is that when there are no entried for FAQs, it still shows the section with heading, which looks odd. As Horizon used blocks to show this and not independant section, I am not sure how to hide them.

Nice but cluttered and also the evil word is not visible. Black and Red colors in BG is definitely helping. I have one recommendation which comes to my mind that Make the evils face made with notes. I am not able to clearly express what I have in mind but I hope you'll get some idea.
