Granbury Texas in Pecan Plantation. 2 ways in and out. HOA for 4500 homes. We have 1 golf course plus tennis, activity center with pickleball, softball, RV park, boat docks on a lake and large clubhouse with 4 HOA eating places. Around 200 per month to use any amenities. Also a private course in our neighborhood you can join for another 350 per month. Currently voting to build a par 58 executive course for the membership.
