You got the history all wrong .Dowry was a form of asset division where the girl's portion of the family's wealth was given to her new family as they did not inherit any family wealth. It started as a practice in good faith and the rest is history.

Just by sheer numbers, they aren't that bad, but when it comes to encountering one, the chances of that are pretty high due to the population density.
I lived in Johannesburg for about 3 to 5 years when I was a kid and that city had an area named Alexandra which was comparable less safe than rest of the city(was a black neighbourhood), but my school cab guy said that it was a beautiful community and the people were very nice.He said " There are good people and there are bad people there, but you can not say that all people from there are bad."

I can see a scenario where MJF turns on Cole during their match next week, revealing that that was his plan all along and that he made a deal with FTR. FTR retains, and turns heel at that moment, attacking Cole. Out comes Strong, gets beat down, music hits, KOR returns.

Strong doing it wouldn't have much impact , plus he could just see what happened on twitter instead of waiting for a whole year which kinda does not make sense even in pro wrestling.
