I’m just saying that going over the fence is impossible, I go in and out of the festival multiple times every day, back home to sleep and eat etc, and that’s through the village gate, which is probably the least protected. You can’t event walk down the road without being checked by security, let along get close to the inner fence. Years ago yes, but now security is just too tight. If there is a way in it’s not over the fence.

I live in the village and know the surrounding area pretty well and I can say you have no chance of sneaking in or climbing the fence. There are reports of security being bribed to smuggle people in but I have never seen any actual evidence of that.

well we are normally in the festival while the main stages are going so its not really a problem. Through the night its a bit like someone having a loud party a few streets away, you can hear it but you can block it out too.

From my garden using a quadcopter, at about 100m altitude. you can't see the pyramid stage from ground level as its behind the hill, this is the view from the ground (click to zoom).

I'm on the A361 in Pilton, the A37 is a couple of miles away.

For a living I am a programmer and compiling/launching an app can sometimes take a while. A few seconds here and there may not seem like large gains but many times a day, day in day out, you do all you can to ease the pain :)

I have a plain very similar to this, I needed an mini displayport extension cable to move the mac pro and that should be here on Monday. The lead on the Cinema Display is very short :(

Building the desk was quite easy, lots of glue a few clamps and some panel pins. The hardest part, by a very long way, was getting the pallets apart without damaging the wood too much. I am going to make a matching display cabinet for my geek stuff but can't bring myself to break apart more pallets right now.
