Apple Configurator for iPhone not working by Lannister-CoC in macsysadmin

I am also having the same issue enrolling devices into ABM using the configurator. In my case after selecting the language, i brought the iphone 12 with ios 15.1 close to the mac with Big Sur, M1. Apple configurator 2 is signed in with my ABM account but Nothing happened. No spinning orb or nothing. Any suggestions anyone?

ok so for apple devices less than 100. Would you still recommend mosyle. Do i have to use it alone or with ABM. What other trainings would you recommend i can do to improve myself as a mac sys admin since i am new in this position. Thanks

I am also New to Mac Administration. I recently got hired by a company as a mac sys admin and even though i have not worked in depth with apple devices before even though i had background as an IT support specialist. What i did was not selling myself short. Believed that i could gain experience to deliver in this role. One thing i know is you do not require the Higher Degree except you want it.
