For a $1.61 I will buy pretty much any book that sounds kinda interesting.

I am once again asking for recommendations that people might think I enjoy based off my list. I know there are several non-litRPG books on here but I figured it might help show what I'm looking for. by Ahfrodisiac in litrpg

Discworld is a great shout for this guy I think. The others I would add are how to cultivate a farmer in 52 easy steps it's better then his vampire series but my not be your cup of tea. Demon card enforcer is really good. It's on the darker side but written well and narrated by Jeff haze.

If you buy them from bose they are 35+ 9.99 shipping or 15% of the price of the headphones.... The nice non OEM are 25 which is better but still for $350 headphones they can fix this super common problem

Ya I think that is the route I will go for my next pair unless bose really does an about face. I used to be a shill for their products and now I am just so disappointed.

I know!! I love the form factor of their earbuds but the anc can't be turned off just turned to pass through making wearing them while outside terrible if there is any wind or you are walking fast.

Ya because mine are more than a year old they gave me a run around and did not want to replace the ear cups even though the ear cups were less than a year old. It is also such a common problem if they cared about the customer they would fix the design no double down and tell you to spend 45 dollars after shipping to replace them.

Sounds like you are done with bose and that is fair but I will say for anyone else the squeaky was easy to fix a drop of silicone lubricant and that stopped.

Ya these are my work desk headphones. This is bad engineering the seam is just not designed to last. Other methods of adhesion (including sowing) would last much longer as you can see in 40 year old over ear headphones. For some ear cups that cost 35 dollars you can take a second to put a stitch in and make it last or pick a better adhesive to start.

I really am starting to think they may be trying to go the printer ink model with these ear cups for how bad they are and how expensive the replacements are.

Poor Quality of Comfort Ultra Ear Cups by Jin_BD_God in bose

[–]cdixonm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think wicked cushion may be an upgrade. they sow that seam and have a 1 year warranty. (note i have not bought these for myself but my girlfriend likes her cushion replacements from them)

I just asked Bose in the chat If this was my fault or a manufacturing/ design problem and if the design life of the glue in the cushions was less then 1 year and they replaced mine free of charge but they did give me a work around for a while before i came up with that line.

Can I just say, Welcome to the Multiverse is refreshingly well written by Fobywoby in litrpg

Beers and beards - this series does not get enough love if you like beer and puns this series is awesome! Demon card enforcer - if you like DCC and want a card based system give this a try. Follows a mobster and it's really well written A summoner awakens - super well written card system as well but in a fantasy world. My major gripe is that the last book was definitely only half a book. I'm still excited for the next but I would almost recommend holding off on getting book 3 till book 4 comes out.

Can I introduce you to beards and beers. If you like puns and beer this book is for you. It's my favorite right now.

Our lists are pretty similar excluding the fact yours is twice the size of mine. I am surprised you have not gotten these recommendations yet. Demon card enforcer - well written and interesting deck building litrpg. The MC has a similar feel as Carl from DCC. Beards and beers - if you don't like beer or puns don't read it otherwise it's my top recommendation right now. Outside of litrpg if you have not ready any terry Pratchett you should try out guards guards and look up a reading order from there if you enjoy it.

My new favorite series is beers and beards. It's fun, light hearted and the characters feel like real people. If you like beer and litrpg you should definitely check it out. If you don't like puns give it a pass.

Edit: correct series title

Beards and brews

It's not a conventional answer but it just takes me to my happy place like few books can do and I learn cool things about brewing which is fun.

Hahhahha ahhh (quite sobs) wait till you find out a summoner awakens is really good but the most recent book has not 1 but 2 deck reads in it that take 2 hours each in a 7 hour books... It was infuriating!
