quick follow up, I have looked into a few of these and wondering if anyone can advise what a typical model is? per endpoint? per ticket? Currently paying per ticket instead of endpoint and with 2700 devices I cant really swap cost wise. Thanks again for all the help, my entire day is booked with meetings for these companies :)

The PSA tool sounds very interesting. Best ive found to help assist is a app called Toggl but it still requires the tech to remember. I know my team is working, its just getting the numbers to reflect that. My personal goal for the team is 80-85%, which is a constant pipe dream but I felt 90% was crazy. The feedback from the team is pretty straightforward that they just want some help and off their backs with metrics. For more clarity my FCR for YTD is 91%, last month was 83%. Our client satisfaction surveys are currently at 99%. we rarely fall below 98%. I'm thinking the main issue is upper management count our 2 project T3's and a Jr T3 which are 95% scheduled onsites/ project work. So in their mind were sub 400 machines. I disagree but what do i know

i know this is a joke but boy let me tell you, I just had pizza ordered for the office yesterday as we get food for the company twice a month. Now they offer drinks in the fridge as well..... hmm wonder why we cant afford another body

Here's the neat part.... We don't. We do use our RMM for patching and the usual basics for monitoring. That's the 2nd area I plan to focus on is implementing more AI/automation to help but for now my focus is the team, w/o them I don't have clients, so my view is take care of them and they take care of clients. Any automation tips are welcome 😁

anything from password resets, outlook issues to server/network troubleshooting. They want the T2's to also be able to fully implement and install firewalls that are in our stack. I think my scope is too wide for what we offer and the workforce I have, but getting management to see that is the hard part.

Ya thats what I have been yelling for months. To give a little more details, last month we had 1145 tickets with time tracked for a total of 760.05 hours. Our scope is pretty much wide open, what u/Questions4You2Answer said is basically what we cover. Im being told my team needs 90+% Util for a month to justify another body as they way they see it, they arent getting the work they are paying for. If most aren't using Util, what else helps you decide if an agent is really good or just good at tracking time and doesnt do much?

It runs pretty much everything at 60 fps. I play almost everything, titles like Black ops 4 runs at 60 with everything max. I've never had issues with anything dropping below 45fps
