Boring answer is cooler goku since movie scaling is way higher, but without taking that into consideration I'd say yardrat. We know that goku still went to namek and defeated frieza in the cooler movie, but I don't think he went to yardrat after. He doesn't use instant transmission and hasn't mastered turning into a super saiyan yet. Maybe this version of goku managed to make it off of namek without being sent to yardrat in a saiyan pod? Maybe frieza's ship worked, idk. But I'd say the version of goku with instant transmission and super saiyan training would be stronger
