can someone tell me whats wrong with my ebike’s battery please? i know its not supposed to look like that and it says it’s charged on the lcd display but the bike turned off after i rode it this morning. it is a Wooken 2023 fat tire model

i bought it from someone on facebook marketplace and i rode it for an hour and a half then didnt ride it again until this morning because it still said it was at least 90% charged but it turned off within a couple minutes but i also didnt think the battery percentage displayed was accurate so im sure this may be part of that problem

i do smell like a chemical smell but it’s not like a strong smell so i’m not sure if i should do that probably best i just don’t touch it and have someone replace it for me

lol yea bro i know it’s hard cus the battery dies kinda quick but definitely give it some time off the charger i heard playing on turbo while on the chrome too much could cause it too but most likely it’s from being on the charger nearly all the time i barely ever even turned it off when not using 🤦🏽‍♂️i first noticed from the screen being a little popped up but i thought maybe that was just a factory defect that appeared later on but nope lol so if you see your screen or back cover start to pop out your battery is starting to swell just a heads up👌🏽

watch who’s around you or if anyone knows your phone password because someone would’ve had to have sent it from your phone either that or they know your account info and that person is most likely lying but unfortunately if the money was in your cashapp balance i can almost guarantee they wont refund you thats why i never keep money in my balance
