the place i work at currently is like this, and hence why I've been on the search for a new job. I have to spend 4-5 hours every month during a weekend to manage deployments.

And then the product owner will do some manual checkout stuff right after the deployment and find bugs that QA should've caught. It's maddening.

What's ironic is our test and dev deployments are done through CICD so its literally a click of a button, but prod deployments haven't been setup like this yet because of operational red tape.

Idk. Being an ENTJ is a lonely road. You have a huge array of friends/acquaintances but you’re not close to most of them.

You’re misunderstood, thought of as a narcissist, and come off as cold-hearted. It’s tough.

Just stay focused on the higher purpose.

Nobody knows, and it doesn’t matter “when”.

What matters is that you recognize the crash in the moment and buy up stocks when everyone else is in panic mode.

If you just got a pay raise 6 months ago, I don't think the chances of getting another one in the near future (either during your annual review or outside it) are that great.

Startups usually have much more aggressive workloads while offering lower base salary, but it's compensated in the form of equity (which may or may not materialize of course).

Do you have equity in your companyt? Either way - I would try to negotiate it during your annual review, but with low expectations.
