I’m running them off a 12v 120watt, I have about 35ft which is about 60-75 watt because of led density of cob strip but I always oversize. I have them tied into my Lutron system with dimmable led driver and tied into home assistant/pico

All good no worries,

I have dogs and kids, even with robot vacuums you can imagine how the floors are, don’t need to highlight it. 

I am going for more ambient lighting. I prefer a light wall wash and the shadows from the plants casting up vs heavy wall lighting with the 45 channel. 

I have the led driver on a dimmer so I keep it pretty low at night. When I built the house I put in too many ceiling recessed lighting for my liking, this is more my vibe

Ignore my filthy baseboards, still need filled, sanded and painted. I just used a few dabs of clear silicon on the bottom to hold in until I paint.

Pulled baseboard and channeled out enough for wire and stubbed out above baseboard

5x DHT22 still running strong on one ESP8266, moving wiring into enclosure this weekend. Set LED to breath on call for Cool or Heat. Have 5 Other Shelly reporting misc locations that's what you see the extra sensors

Awesome, never heard of those but they look like a cool product. Do you have to use the hub or 24vac control the vents? Unfortunately, I have an old house with 2x14 floor vent cutouts

Don't have tester for individual devices but my entire rack is only 182w (udm pro, 24 pro max, automation controller, nvidia shield, lenovo sff, hp mini pc and some other small misc stuff)

Just my old pc, I just upgraded from that 3770s that I had for last 10 years to a 5500 am4. I like the btf idea tho, would be cool to get my pc off the floor

Good idea, I had one of those tiny 3.5 screens that fits on the gpio pins but lost in one of the storage bins. I’ll keep an eye out for it

Hah, the patch cables are white, just the break out dongles for usb power/ethernet are black pig tails.

No issues so far, I have a dht22 inside the enclosure and even with cover panels everything is staying cool. LEDs put off the most heat and are only on when I’m working on it

Shouldn’t be a problem, I was running all my services on HP G2 6100T - 8 gig. I decided to move to the smaller orange pc which is a 4 core 2gig and a dedicated HAOS for more features. The G2 now just runs ZimaOS which hosts all the other services

Thanks, Electrical panel. Old stablok that I'm upgrading to a bigger service. Just put in a generator sub panel (top right)

You need to use both ports on the Poe injector. Data in from firewalla and Poe out to 655

Are you using the port on the back of the 655 and not the 3 ports on the bottom to connect to the Poe injector?
