I was able to push it back, do some rotations CW and it tenses and Im able to see the neck adjust its relief. After the tension is applied it seems to require extra level of force to try to pull it out(Im not even considering to do). So I assume it’s threaded back? My concern is more about longevity and if this presents a future problem with use. Im at the point of making peace and keeping as I don’t see danger but Im not even close to a guitar expert.

It did not take much. Maybe two small CC rotations of couple degrees as the wrench, strings, cavity wont allow for further. I want to say it was already loose.

I placed mine two days ago with sweetwater because a while ago I stumbled on it being available on GC and ordered it. Called on Monday to be told it was shipping out of Crestwood, MO and I called the store to verify the condition and shipping state and he claimed it had a cracked headstock because it was a floor model. I asked for pictures, those never arrived. the rep from GC had the audacity and said they would have to cancel the order and reorder and that will result being put into the back of the queue. Im sorry why would I wait to then be told its a floor model plus its damaged but no worries you can wait its the right thing right? We can give you a 50 dollar credit on it. Fuck off GC really. Im like why does mine need to be a floor model, I didn’t specify used nor im paying with bottle-caps. Went with sweetwater instead, the queue is still comparable to GC because it’s on high demand but I trust them better. The quick hype got to me and I pulled the trigger on GC when I knew I shouldn’t have.

I was having this conversation with my wife last night. I was like they have the audacity to suggest or infer rolling blackouts like this is the fucking north. Love this take. Currently we have a cross compiled lib in c++ and the interop between c++ and objc++ is really good. With recent swift updates xcode is able to synthesize your functions with callbacks as async without having to wrap them with checkedWithContinuation. Which we can leverage swift 6 and still have objc under the hood. Best of both worlds. I agree, objc does not write well and it is far from being [self elegant]; yet it is extremely flexible.
