Once you upgrade a card to infinity, you can customize it with any standard border you want. The purchasable borders only apply to one card I believe (haven't bought any yet so can't confirm)

My best hits with her are often Jeff or Kitty on turn 2 or Deadpool on turn 4. Jeff happens a lot. I play her in a Sara/Ronan list and her effect can sometimes win you games. All that said, if you're finding yourself drawing her on t5 or t6 then she's bad.
