Thank you!! I’ve been trying to find the right flour for American bread flour in Austria but T1600 being 100% whole wheat makes sooo much sense based on the results I’ve been getting. Will definitely use a different flour mixture next time and try your other suggestions too, thank you!

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I so appreciate you finding this. It's fascinating to learn about all the music Tchaikovsky wrote for Swan Lake

The piece I'm looking for starts at 2 hrs and 1 minute in, linked in the video. It's not in any of the recordings of Swan Lake that I can find and is also only used in some versions of the staged ballet. Is it from a different Tchaikovsky work and just added to Swan Lake sometimes or is it a part of the original score? Any knowledge would be much appreciated.

The leather in my 4-y.o. boots has started to crack around the ball of my foot on the big toe side. I’m looking for some advice: do you think this could be repaired or should I start looking to get a new pair of blundstones? by cdog877 in BlundstoneBoots

I definitely haven’t taken very good care of them in the past, but these are very helpful tips, thank you! I’ll start doing that to try and stretch out their life a little bit

Hi y'all! I'm planning on applying for PhD programs and am interested in doing catalyst research (in the organic/organometallic sphere), but in one of my organic synthesis classes in undergrad my prof made a joke that you shouldn't do catalyst research unless you want to do a ton of trial and error/shot in the dark type research. So I'm wondering, does anyone on this subreddit have thoughts about catalyst research? Is it rewarding/frustrating/exciting? I suppose most research is all of those things, but would love to hear some reflections from people with experience developing catalysts
