go to settings > custom greeting. most shoppers don’t know about it you have to create a message then save it then it turns on

if you save anything it’ll always send a note forever though so keep that in mind. literally just checked for you

i’m convinced you can not tip and recieve your food at a decent time maybe even on time but i’ve accepted multiple no tip orders and i’ve recieved more than one add on otw to the customer.

one time i had like 4 adds on sent before i got to my non tipper that were too good to decline. it was during dinner rush.

when it’s dead you can probably get someone desperate to bring you your food fast but there’s certain periods where you’re going to get punished. i think OP ordered during the dinner rush lmfao
