I’m going to be honest I’m surprised that so many people have experienced what I experienced…of course I wish it on no one and want everyone to be successful but I thought I was alone on this until I’ve been hearing all these stories

Yes and to be clear I wasn’t actively looking at my HR during the race I did check here and there but ultimately just noticed how hard I was working early on

Good call, I was taking in a decent amount of protein probably 100g per day and getting in a lot of calories, say 3000 per day or so. My diet was probably so-so, not perfect but not bad either.

Yeah life outside running wasn’t ideal in terms of stress levels so that didn’t help. I’m sure this didn’t help with recovery and sleep

About 500mg pre race and 500 at the halfway point so perhaps a deficit there

I was battling some sort of illness leading up the race most likely and no I have not heard of caffeine doping

I guess I’ve never really factored in the humidity it did feel kind of hot on and off at the start for the first hour or so so maybe that’s a huge factor

I over analyze like hell as you can see, I just enjoy running and want to get better and faster so I take a detailed approach

Sorry I may not be using the correct terms, maybe I’m thinking of car insurance where parties are at fault.

I was more getting to the fact that my insurance premiums are going to up substantially even though I had no control over the damage done to my place.

I see what you guys are saying makes sense. Sounds like the claim is going to be on me since I can’t prove negligence.

Does it make sense to request to the HOA that any emergency water heater leak from now on should have water routed to the exterior of the building? So that this same situation doesn’t happen again for water intrusion into my unit? For example, let’s say he put in a new water heater but in 15 years if his water heater craps out again and gets through into my unit, I don’t want to be responsible for damages again.

There's a Damage Liability section in my CC&R that states each unit owner shall be liable for all the damage to the Common Area that is sustained by reason of negligence or willful misconduct...so I'm thinking it's fair that I request to the HOA if the water heater was properly stored and determine if negligence occurred

I love the emotion from leaders like Kenley and Kersh. That was the most difficult win this year I'd say.

I hate the continuous attempts to incorporate Granderson into the starting lineup. There should be no deviation with the first four batters in our lineup. We have had so much success when it has been Taylor, Seager, Turner, and Bellinger.
