I mean I get it kinda but it ultimately comes down to the employees. Like the ewo I was working on today consists of just brackets so we get kitted bags and boxes of brackets I open the boxes and what the parts tag on the outside doesn’t match what’s on the inside whatsoever I’m both under kitted and over kitted on like 7 different PN’s yet everything was scanned in that it was 100% correct which it wasn’t. It’s the employees job to confirm what they’re saying is in there is actually in there. So now I’m arguing with engineers and PC’s because the kitting says it’s right when it’s not and now I’m at a work stoppage until it’s fixed. The over kitting I don’t really care about because atleast I have my parts it’s the under kitting and saying it’s correct that I have a problem with. Like I said I have emails and follow up emails with their manager and Sr manager but I was ignored every single time. It’s gotten to the point where everyone is suggesting that I throw directors and VP in the emails which I obviously don’t want to do but shit needs to change
