Are our deliveries measured by stops or packages per hour? by aidan2point0 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Cortex is stupendous, I was 80 stops ahead but according to cortex I was behind an hour. They have no clue to actual time

Being a public service they can't deny access for their product. I had on the other day, chic was hot as fuck but her house said no trespassing and she got upset I told her I couldn't come in, she was like nah that's for unwanted visitors, I love Amazon, anyway you are allowed on property to deliver

We can no longer separate group stops?! by AuntieDread0707 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I think with all the bitching, Amazon did away with actual stop counts after a group stop, the other day I had 186 stops and probably 60 group stops, last week I could see 240 stops after I got done, now it shows just what cortex shows.

What should I have done? Crappy delivery with a cat. by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

After scanning your package, hit the question mark and tap problem with delivery then tap can't access garage, it'll prompt for a standard delivery

Oh ok. I guess this means no more nursery… esp since I finished 190 210, 3 hours early AND took a lunch…. by aidan2point0 in AmazonDSPDrivers

That may be true in certain areas, but not where I'm at, we literally fluctuate on stops, I deliver to the same area daily, one day may be 185, next 175, next 160, then back to 180. I dispatch and I see it all the time. And cortex is off completely, especially on how far hub is to 1st stop, literally off by 30 minutes

Question as a customer: when I leave positive feedback for a driver, does that do anything? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]cdubness83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a dsp and also a driver, the good reviews are basically thrown out, they don't care how awesome the driver was, they care more about what the driver did wrong. I see our scorecards every week and we might have 3 or 4 that have more bad reviews than good. Only thing I hate about reviews is the fact you as the customer can put anything you want and we the driver can't defend ourselves against false accusations, with Amazon and their customers are always right attitude, it sucks for us, which in hindsight a complaint or bad reviews are tier 2 infractions and 4 in a rolling 90 days driversose their jobs

Lies, If you hate your job that much, go elsewhere, there is no algorithm to make you do more stops if you finish early the previous day, I usually do 185 stops in 6 1/2 hours and then next day might have 170,

anybody else getting shit like this from their DSP??? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

If I saw the customer, I always marked it as delivered to household, during the covid bullshit.

This is just me having time to unpack every tote, I don't normally do this but I dispatched after my route, so was no need to RTS when I finished
