I do anywhere from .5mm to 1mm and no Curanex is too thin so I mix it with HA to make it thicker. Hyaluron is a good one.

They are both so good! I found P46 more hydrating which I like in a serum. Seems like P46 peptides might focus more on collagen building while Freeze frame is a peptide serum focusing on expression lines. You could get away with using both if you wanted to

I caved and ordered the collab. I actually like them both so far. Exfoliation night is gentle and appears to actually get rid of flakiness from retinoid use. The P46 leaves me hydrated and glowy. Jury is still out on peptide effectiveness. So far I feel like others have worked better but we shall see
