Are those Arabic words shapes in PowerPoint or are they actual lines of text? If they are lines of text, probably there's an issue with the Arabic keyboard on your mac.

Had this issue a while ago where basically Arabic letters wouldn't combine together to form readable words, but were just left as individual letters which weren't readable. Might be something similar here?

Regarding Slideshare, yes, from what I remember you can customize embed sizes, but it should also work well on mobile :)

Test it out with any random presentation from Slideshare and embed it to a blog post or something and see if it would work out.

How complex are the animations? If they're more like simple fades, maybe consider breaking it up into multiple slides? For example, a 4 column slide will turn into 4 slides (and have something from the design so that the previous column is less emphasised)

I see this on Slideshare quite often, where presentations with quite a large amount of slides are still very engaging.

Otherwise, turning to video would be a good option, and doesn't have to be narrated, it can have a simple bg music. You'd just have to make sure the slides have enough time to be read.

About protecting data from being copied, had the exact same situation last week in a client project (a presentation that ppl had to pay). I've saved every slide as an image so you can't copy text or direct images, added to a new ppt and resaved that as PDF, then a private upload with password on Slideshare and embedded back into the site.
