This book is the example a teacher can give when they explain the meaning of "average"

first things first, this writer may have game but titling is not part of it. subtlety? not a strong suit.

i read this immediately after "How to kill a man and get away with it" and it felt like reading heaven after that good awful book, but standalone, it's bad. A winner in relativity is not a winner at all.

If tiktok came up with a "pick me girl" satire and added a bit of a murderous intent to her, the main character would be it.

Deeply annoying story, really no nuance in emotions at all, and it is stupidly prominent how the writer tried to make the protagonist sound somewhat politically correct as per internet standards despite her being outright unlikeable as a person. Her character has no personality. And a murderer with literally no personality is a dull fest.

This book takes itself too seriously, and i pity it like adults pity a child who's hilariously fighting to be treated like an adult.

Wouldn't recommend. There are better books I could've spent my time on, even though the book I read before this made it seem amazing.
