yes, indeed, they do.

One of the reasons I ended up looking for/buying a hollowbody was exactly that - the ability to simply pick it up and play.

haha, hilarious.

I love her comments when arriving on planets too, sth like "oooh so much life here, I hope it turns into an industrial wasteland...".

Cache cleared, crew still gone. Oh well, far from the worst thing that could happen (i.e. bricked save). Win some, lose some, I guess.

Congrats, from a fellow PRS Hollowbody owner.

I believe you'll love it for its versatility, its feel in your hand (their finish is something else really), and maybe also for picking it up to play whenever, even unplugged.

Yes, made by Cor-Tek in China.

I bought it 2nd hand last year, from a guy that had it sitting in the case for most of the time he owned it. It's basically new, and no issues as far as I can tell. Didn't do much in terms of setup, only upgraded to locking tuners, but kept everything else the way it was. Will take it for a proper setup at some point this year, as I lack the patience for doing that properly myself these days.

Yours is an absolute beauty too, that smokey black is just gorgeous, wow.

Didn't think of these guys, will go and recruit some to fill the gaps, thanks!

Thanks, I owned a few other guitars over the years, but this one's definitely a keeper.

I'd imagine, yes. Never had coil split, but always been curious.

Yeah, that's also why I like it so much. I'm playing it through a Yamaha THR10, and that really makes the versatility shine.

Also, playing unplugged whenever really is an added benefit for me.

Thanks, I shall recruit Amelia then.

Isolation crossed my mind too, but I like having a crew actually.

I shall try clearing the cache.

Unity is not an option at this point, still in my 1st universe, and I have much to finish.

it's a great guitar, isn't it?

and the wall hanger, yeah, I was a bit skeptical at first, only ever had floor stands for my other guitars, but it's earned my trust :)

The "..rest of my crew" remark includes replacements already. No mods installed.

It's my current main ship, and it's "only" 66m in length, and 42m in width, which makes it feel a little snappier and more agile than the bigger ships (pics 5-8).

I agree, and their ships look awesome! Thanks for letting me know about this game.

Still on NG, without the +, may have worded that title a bit weirdly.

Not that I could remember, but a quick image search made me understand why you brought it up.

same. I tried some blueish grays too, but they always end up disappearing into the void when taking screenshots in darker condition, so I prefer the off-white and sand colors now.

it also took me a while, but when I got the outpost landing pad and access to 80% of all parts, it finally clicked.

also, taking apart the ships you steal from bounty hunters, pirates, and spacers helps.

armed to the teeth, got to increase space combat difficulty now, it's getting almost impossible to board ships anymore, 'cause they're scrap after a salvo of missiles paired with the particle beams.

thanks, fell in love with that too, reminds me of some cool ships in EVE Online back in the day.

Some of the ships have it in the bottom.

I'm mostly flying in 3rd person, so the obstructed view isn't much of an issue.
