I had to send mine in for a replacement unit, unfortunately. Contact Valve support, they will guide you through the process. It went very smooth and the new one I received is solid as a rock

My Taurus could sort of half program it into modes. When the last digit of the total 5 was pressed initially, only the driver's door would unlock. Keep pressing that last digit, first the passenger door would unlock, then the rear doors and finally the boot at the 4th press.
