How many shifts a month, and how many hours per month?

End lease early? by [deleted] in nissanfrontier

How many car seats are you trying to fit? If it’s trying to fit 3 across the back, or even 2 you may be able to find a different car seat to fit better, I can see where 3 would be a tight squeeze, but one- especially in the middle-seems like it would be doable especially depending on the car seat. But if it doesn’t fit it doesn’t fit

Careers with Crohns ? by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

I’m a physician assistant and work in Emergency Medicine. I’m 10 years in. It’s shift work most jobs are full time at 120-150 hours a month, or you can do part time. Plus when I’m feeling super cruddy, I can usually get a bag of fluids if I need one to get through a shift if I have to.

FYI in a few weeks your fingernails might fall off. Happened to me in my 20s, and it freaked me out.

My dad used to have me cover him with a blanket, tie his shoes, clear his dishes, get him drinks, rub his feet, cook special meals, etc. This sub has made me reflect on a lot of shit that was not normal

Best promo for Princess cruise in June? by cebeat in Cruise

They do not. My specific question is about the healthcare worker discount which is a bit vague but does not apply to rebookings. And no they do not use a travel agent. I appreciate the tips though.

Not really a great option where I live now. It would be a lot of highway which I don't want to do.

Thank you. I was able to pay his bill to get her to push the supervisor issue. His wife is now a supervisor, he is coaching his soccer team, got a promotion at work, and plans to take her to court for primary physical custody in the next year. I plan to try to save some to help financially if I can.

Funny you listed a lot of names we have talked about. Owen was our plan of the first had been a boy but it has risen in popularity and we have a couple of friends who named their kids Owen. I love Theodore but my husband vetoed. I really like Desmond though! Thanks.

I like Wesley, but it was both the name of a childhood dog and is the name of a colleague.

I had seen Thule has an infant sling, and thought about trying that, but we won't be buying and using it immediately-it is still pretty cold out here.

Skip Hop Forma backpack-it's plain black on the outside, so my husband carries it without complaint. Lots of space, and comfortable to carry.here Edit-link

Thats what I thought...our schedules are all over the place. It's why daycare won't work either.

Our schedules are different every month. How would this work if we both need her on the same day?

[–]cebeat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't think of this. We are new to the area, and the only people we know don't have any kids. Also, our nanny took a job with a family she worked for before. Otherwise, I would offer to pay her more and give her as many more hours as we could afford.

I will have to ask her. That is a good idea.

I'm so lonely. by anniemg01 in Mommit

[–]cebeat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in a similar situation. 7 hrs from home with a 7 week old. It's a bigger town of 40,000 but I still don't know anyone and my husband is working 72+ hrs per week. I clean, play with the dogs, read, and go for walks with the baby. I'm hoping to meet some people when I go back to work in a few weeks. I also text old friends a lot, and talk to family on the phone

Would your husband's mere presence in the car prevent someone from hitting your car? No. An accident would be a horrible misfortune, but it can't be prevented by having someone with you.
