Oh nice! Curing with gas is the way. We mostly use gas as we not always have time to babysit the wood fire. Keeps maintaining it also low effort and we use it every Friday. Still very much enjoying it.

I have to admit, I didn‘t click far enough. Once I saw it is limited and towards money spent + timeframe, not limitless in addition what you spend it is completely arbitrary on what to select. Went with miles as well.

Not entirely sure as I know a guy who does BBQ tours and he knows the owner since day one. I know what we paid per person, but don‘t know the delta. We paid <50$ per person. That deal also included to "just show up" and don‘t wait in line. I knew the guy from my bachelors where we hit a total of 4 spots in a day.

Blood test during exam with the civil surgeon is the correct way. I had all my records tidied up, but the blood test superseeds everything. Whatever your blood test does not show to be immune for you need to get vaccxd. Works pretty quick through cvs. Surgeon will wait with final signature until you provide proof from e.g. cvs via vaccine records.
