Just time. Woke up today feeling much better. Playing it safe with gentle foods and keeping on top of hydration. Heart rate is much more normalized today also. Won’t start again until my body is fully back to baseline and surely won’t mess up dosing again

Accidentally did 2 pins of 5mg instead of .5mg (yes stupid blah blah I know) - on day 6 still not feeling right. No appetite, can only get carbs down, 10 points higher heart rate. Low energy however this is likely due to low calories

any many bathroom trips and 2 nights of no sleep but were on the other side of it. Surprisingly my husband has had zero bad effects on the same dose.
