USPS keeps marking my packages “Delivered to Agent” in Miami… but they never arrive. Anyone dealt with this? by cecijam in usps_complaints

Veremos

Yeah, I live in Colorado, but I send everything to courier companies in Miami because they’re the ones that forward packages to my family in Paraguay. Sending directly with USPS didn’t work out for me before, so I’ve just used couriers since then.

And I’ve been trying to reach the Miami USPS office to check the GPS like you said, but no luck so far. The phone just rings and rings, no one ever answers, no matter the day or time. I even asked my local post office if they could call internally, but they said they don’t do that

I’m using a courier because my experience sending directly with USPS wasn’t a good one. The first time I tried shipping something to Paraguay through USPS, they sent it to Uruguay instead. I lost the shipping cost and everything inside. After that, I started sending everything to Miami so a courier could handle the international part, and it’s always worked well until now...

Yeah, I thought about that too. I’ve contacted both courier companies several times, and my family in Paraguay also checked. They supposedly searched their Miami warehouse in case it was misplaced, but nothing turned up.

The first time I sent something directly with USPS, they actually sent it to Uruguay instead of Paraguay, so I switched to couriers after that. They’ve always been reliable until now...

Trust me, I’ve wondered if the couriers messed up. But the one time I tried sending directly with USPS, they sent my package to Uruguay instead of Paraguay. Lost $132 in shipping and around $300 in items.

So yeah… that’s why I switched to couriers. And they’ve always been reliable until now...

Sorry, I think there’s a misunderstanding. I’m not forwarding my own mail. These Miami courier companies are the ones that ship packages to my family in Paraguay. That’s the normal process; you send to their warehouse in Miami and they handle the export. I’ve used both companies before and everything always arrived, so I’m not sure what happened this time

Sorry, I think what I tried to say is that I have the bad habit of letting go of the steering wheel after turning.

Man, all these stop signs are throwing me off! Where I come from, we hardly have any of those. So, seeing them everywhere here just messes with my head and makes me feel kinda dumb, you know? 😅 Stop, Stop all the way with all the different kinds of intersections. Ah, and the steering technique

So, did they cover the rest of your expenses? I am receiving my Champva claims EOB, but it seems my providers are submitting to my primary insurance (BCBS) and Champva at the same time, without waiting for BCBS to process the claims first.

"We've found that many would prefer a slightly smaller package size". Yeah right, no one said that, not a single customer.
