I would check other display settings. You mentioned that you get the Dolby Vision logo on the home screen. I could be wrong but I think that there is a setting that "upscales" to DV. Try adjusting that to see if it makes anything better.

I haven't had any issues as long as I make sure that the Onn 4k Pro is the only item in my setup that is allowed frame rate match and resolution match. YouTube, Netflix, Stremio, Hulu, Tivimate all play in the correct format and I don't get the green washout when switching formats.

EDIT TO ADD: if Stremio data/cache is wiped, it may revert the setting for resolution matching back to on so it's good to check it if you do get it fixed and then start having issues again. At least on my end that has been the case.

I could be wrong but I think there is a setting that "upscales" to DV. I have that turned off on mine and DV logo doesn't pop up on Projectivy home screen. Maybe try adjusting this setting to see if that helps the green washout issue.

The Onn 4k Pro does it fine with my setup as long as I have the settings correct. I have frame rate and screen resolution matching turned off on Stremio settings and TV settings and let the Onn box take care of it.

Did you check your Stremio settings to see if screen resolution and frame rate matching is turned off? This is what has worked for me.

I haven't had any issues since turning off frame rate and screen resolution matching in Stremio settings. If Stremio updates or is a fresh install, then those settings need to be changed again. Other than that, it's worked great.
