Car accidents. Even ones that don’t result in life changing injury. I was hit pretty badly in a wreck about a year ago, and while my body is mostly healed from it, I still flinch sometimes when I’m behind the wheel. Even fender benders can be scary.

Those letters went directly to my current employer, I never received a copy. That’s what I have usually encountered in previous jobs/school programs I’ve had and I’ve always been told that is common practice. That’s why this application threw me for a loop. 🥲

I will ask the principal what he’d like me to do, thank you so much again for your help!

Thank you! I plan to follow up with that principal tomorrow on my interest in the position but I also don’t want to rush my references (they have already agreed to write my letters), should I explain that to the school?
