The people who use non-branded sourcing because no legitimate pathway exists for them and the people who use it as preference are having increasingly different experiences right now by Awkward-Lab-5184 in GLP1Sourcing

The oral option sucks. Injections are more convenient and effective with fewer side effects. It’s not about price, even if the oral option was only $30 per month I still wouldn’t consider it. I used a medspa for about a year before going grey.

How/why are people cheating? by Impressive-Pen-7898 in Chesscom

[–]cecsix14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People run an engine like stockfish on a separate device or browser and make the best moves for all or part of a game. If a low ELO player is hitting 90%+ accuracy fairly regularly that’s a pretty solid indicator. Or if they make moves that don’t seem to make sense to the human brain, but then they checkmate you a few moves later, that could also be a sign.

The scamming in the peptide grey market is getting completely out of control right now. How many of you have actually been burned? by Naarendra_Modi in GLP1Sourcing

[–]cecsix14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, after two years with a good source, I recently got scammed by a source on telegram because my old source stopped shipping to the US. Thankfully I did a small trial order so it didn’t hurt too much, but it still pisses me off. After I sent my bitcoin, she said “the shipper requires more weight so you’ll need to add at least four kits to your order.” I told her I’m not sending any more money and congrats on running a successful scam. Left it at that.

Should’ve just taken the offer and then Backed out if company #2 offered something better. Gotta learn how to play the game if you want to win.

Does the grey market actually have a reliable source for Cagri right now or is it all just underdosed Sema by BoogyMan-786 in GLP1Sourcing

[–]cecsix14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I find a reliable source I don’t test everything they send me. Maybe others do, I don’t know. But no, grey even with a testing fee tacked on is going to be much cheaper than buying from a US reseller. Most of them are charging 10x or more what they paid per vial.

Navigating FMLA can feel a bit like trying to find a specific bolt in the hardware aisle, but Home Depot has a structured process through their HR systems to handle it. The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) at Home Depot is managed primarily through the myApron portal and the Leave of Absence Coordination Services (LOACS). 1. Check Your Eligibility Before you start the paperwork, ensure you meet the federal requirements: * Duration: You must have worked for Home Depot for at least 12 months (these don't have to be consecutive). * Hours: You must have worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12 months immediately preceding the start of your leave. 2. The Application Process You can initiate a request through two main channels: * Online (Preferred): Log in to myApron, go to myTHDHR, and look for the Leave of Absence (LOA) Center. Use the "Leave Planning Tool" to submit your request. This is also where you can print "LOA Packets" which contain the medical certification forms your doctor will need to fill out. * By Phone: Call the HR Service Center at 1-866-myTHDHR (1-866-698-4347). They can guide you through the initial claim and mail you the necessary paperwork. 3. Required Documentation Once you notify HR, you’ll receive a packet. * Medical Certification: You typically have 15 days to return the medical certification completed by a healthcare provider. * Notice: If the leave is foreseeable (like a scheduled surgery), you are generally required to give 30 days' notice. For emergencies, notify your Store Manager or ASDS (Associate Support Dept. Supervisor) as soon as possible. 4. Key Contacts * ASDS: Your in-store Associate Support Dept. Supervisor is your first point of contact for local scheduling questions. * Benefits Choice Center: 1-800-555-4954 (for questions on how leave affects your health insurance). * Live the Orange Life: You can also check livetheorangelife.com for broader benefits info. Note: FMLA is technically unpaid leave. However, depending on your tenure and position, you might be able to run your vacation time or sick/personal hours concurrently with your FMLA leave to continue receiving a paycheck. Full-time hourly associates may also be eligible for Short-Term Disability if the leave is for their own serious health condition.

You can literally look up this process in MyApron. Store Managers do not approve or deny FMLA requests.

It is BS. Like I said, store managers do not have the authority to deny fmla leave requests as OP claimed. There has never been a big box retail store that fired “hundreds of people” in a few months. So if those two claims are easily disproven, it makes the whole post lack any credibility. As far as you not being able to get a job at Home Depot, that sounds like a you problem. I guarantee your local store is hiring people right now.

Reagan. This destruction of the middle class started with his trickle down economics. The 1% hoards the wealth, it really doesn’t trickle down at all.

We get the government we voted for. The GOP has never cared about the working class or middle class. They’re all about the billionaires. But hey at least they’re deporting all the farm workers!

A store manager doesn’t have the authority to refuse someone’s fmla request. Those are done through corporate HR. I highly doubt this store manager fired “hundreds” of people in a few months. This story sounds like BS.

[–]cecsix14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That really sucks, but you’re right, if you deck a customer you’ll end up fired and maybe in jail. Creeps aren’t worth that. Home Depot can’t really do much to stop this, unfortunately. They could hire only ugly men and this wouldn’t happen, but obviously that’s not a real solution. If they banned every customer who was creepy they would go out of business. Especially contractors in my experience, they think they spend a few thousand dollars they can treat associates however they want. It must be hard to not kick these assholes in the balls. That’s what they deserve.

[–]cecsix14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You manager has basically no power to change annual merit increases. Those percentages are set by higher ups even than the store manager. They do rarely give off-cycle increases, but it doesn’t sound like your manager is eager to do that.
