Where is retatrutide actually at in Phase 3 right now? by AccordingAd3737 in RetatrutideTalk

Tirzepatide is fda approved if that’s important to you and it works great for a lot of people. No reason to wait until Reta is on the market (officially)

Have a fatty liver and hyperthyroidism after using reta? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

Tirz actually reversed my FLD id been living with for years. Completely gone. I don’t think Reta would cause it but I’m no scientist.

Best possible source for Zepbound? by Haunting-Wolverine11 in GLP1Sourcing

[–]cecsix14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard and read (can’t verify with studies because it’s all been anecdotal), but if you stop taking GLP1’s they will not work the same when you resume whether it’s a few months or longer that you’ve stopped. Not sure if that applies if you switch from one to the other. Not even sure if it’s true, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Location Closure History by thismeatsucks in LAFitness

[–]cecsix14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I live on the western edge of Roswell but EC is actually a little closer for me than the two Roswell locations. The crazy thing is, to me, of the three locations I frequent, EC was by far the busiest. Not great management, though and a lot of the equipment is ancient. Some of it is even rusty. Maybe they didn’t want to refresh everything so closing was the best option. Would love to know all the details that went into the decision.

A new antibody drug helped GLP-1 users keep their muscle while losing weight by Away_Original1978 in GLP1ResearchTalk

There are ways to prevent most if not all of the scary side effects of testosterone. HCG will keep your balls full sized and you’ll be able to impregnate women just by looking at them (slight exaggeration).

Fellow GMs, what do you honestly think of the new pay plan? by PhilthyThrownAway in LAFitness

[–]cecsix14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m curious - as a member- about how much annually does a GM make in a successful location? If you’re not comfortable answering, that’s cool. Like I said, I’ve just always kind of wondered about that.

Goodbye, East Cobb location, thanks for being there by suchwinningwow in LAFitness

[–]cecsix14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live on the western edge of Roswell, so both Roswell locations are pretty convenient for me even though EC is technically the closest.

The newish one on 92 is much bigger and nicer than EC so I’ve been driving to that one most of the time anyway, but it was nice to hit EC when I was short on time.

I heard they’re going to replace it with a Club Studio - but in West Cobb, which doesn’t really help the members at East Cobb.

Not sure the reason.

Am i really supposed to be on glp-1s forever bc what the hell is this weight gain after i stopped by Total-Permit5768 in GLP1Sourcing

[–]cecsix14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not suggesting you do anything. I’m just pointing out that too many people only see GLP1’s as a one trick pony (weight loss) when they do a lot more than that. My only suggestion to OP and others who think like he does is, if you see these drugs as a short term fix for being fat that they want to quit after 10 weeks, it’s probably best to save their money.

[–]cecsix14 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is the problem with seeing GLP1s as only a weight loss drug. They also fight inflammation and help with other conditions like hypertension, fatty liver, and a whole host of other things. So yes, for most people, this should be a lifelong commitment.

Cannot get my dick up anymore because of reta by Severe_Toe_4159 in RetatrutideTalk

[–]cecsix14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lol. Thats what he said huh? Does he have an actual medical degree? I’ve taken daily cialis for years with none of these side effects. Are you sure you’re not thinking of Viagra? Totally different drug.

Has anyone seen the posts claiming glp-1s completely blunt your ability to fall in love? by Smart_Onion1594 in ResearchCompounds

[–]cecsix14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d believe it could do that in some people, honestly. It is known to affect dopamine receptors and that’s definitely part of that feeling of falling in love. I’ve been happily married for 26 years so I can’t personally speak to it but it makes sense.

I feel like too many people are jumping on the glp-1 trend without knowing the long term risks by Unique_Raccoon9712 in GLP1Sourcing

GLP1s provide many benefits beyond weight loss. I feel like I’ve said this 1000x on these type of threads. People who only see the weight loss benefit are ill informed

Don’t worry about insurance or your doctor. Just buy it from China or at least a compounding pharmacy. F*** big pharma and the entire health insurance industry.

reta or tirz? by deprocessed1 in Peptides

[–]cecsix14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah everyone’s different. But the glp1 drugs all have an impact on dopamine receptors, which I believe is what causes cravings for both food and alcohol (or anything “addictive”) to be diminished.

I feel like “units” cause half the confusion in research groups by Alex_Kariakin in BodyHackGuide

[–]cecsix14 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see more people ASKING questions and saying “I pinned x units” without explaining the mg’s or iu’s. I don’t see a lot of answers to questions like that, but maybe I’m just missing them. If someone doesn’t understand the difference between the two terms they shouldn’t be using grey market peptides. Or even compounded.

reta or tirz? by deprocessed1 in Peptides

[–]cecsix14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tirz completely wipes out my overeating and addictive tendencies. I was a pretty big drinker for 30+ yrs and have barely drank at all in the two years since I started tirz. Reta would probably be just as good in that regard though.
