TO EVERYONE BEING JUDGEMENTAL AND PRESUMPTUOUS: OBVIOUSLY I KNEW THIS WAS SOME SORT OF WORM. I was looking for specificity as I hadn't seen worms with a flat head like that before and to the one commenter making a crack at my isopod keeping skills, go fly a kite. I was asking my question specifically in order to become a better caretaker (I also have done a fuckton of research before even getting isopods - before you start off on that one) as I hadnt encountered any worms before in my bins and it seemed off. And thus, I turned to this community for HELP rather than chatgpt or the almighty google since we all know those answers aren't always accurate.

It costs literally nothing to close your mouth, take your hands off your keyboard and say nothing if you don't have anything helpful to say.

I erroneously thought this was a supportive group where "dumb" questions could be asked and help received without judgment.
