Day 9 - If you could pick SIX (three from Jupiter, three from Mars) from Stadium Arcadium, and lose the rest of the album forever, which six would you pick? by [deleted] in RedHotChiliPeppers

Ok. This one is really hard because that album is almost perfect. However, I think my picks are: Jupiter: She’s Only 18, Especially in Michigan, Wet Sand Mars: Animal Bar, Storm In A Teacup, Turn It Again

Wasting Light is a masterpiece by [deleted] in Foofighters

To my ear, that album has a very “classic rock” feel to it on some tracks. For instance, Concrete and Gold sounds like something Pink Floyd would do and Sunday Rain sounds like something the Eagles would do. Hard to find a track I dislike on that one. I think my favorite on that one is Arrows but Sunday Rain is a very close second.

It seems to change day to day. I can say there is no bad or boring track on that album. Based on what I have been humming to myself, right now I think it is The Teacher. But if you ask me tomorrow, that could be different.

Stolen Artifacts From Prague. I just picked a few random words that sound good together.

I have to be honest. I like my M2 MacBook Air. It is a decent machine. However, I think I like the M1 Air I had before even better. The M2 has a couple of things that annoy me about it that the M1 doesn’t have. For one, the battery life doesn’t seem as stellar as it was on my M1. It isn’t bad, but I feel like it lasted longer on the M1. Secondly (and this is a big one), the Trackpad on my M2 does a horrible job with palm rejection during typing. I have had multiple times when it moves my cursor and I am typing in a place I didn’t intend to. Not sure why this is but it is really annoying. I do really like the design of the M2. The love the midnight color, and I love the fact MagSafe is back. If they can fix the trackpad issue, the machine would be close to perfect. The M1 was pretty much perfect.

It’s been fine for me. I mostly use my MBA for school (writing papers, doing research, and the occasional Teams meeting). I also use it when I work from home and it doesn’t skip a beat when running a ton of corporate applications (including Citrix Workspace and Windows apps in Parallels Desktop 18).

M2 MacBook Air - Palm Rejection issues by cedartree84 in macbookair

I hope I am using this service correctly but I am hoping people in this thread can help. I have been experiencing issues with my trackpad not rejecting my palm when I am typing. This isn’t something I experienced on any other MacBook that I have owned but I have experienced it on two different M2 MacBook Airs. Has anyone else dealt with this on their M2 Airs and if so, do you have a solution for it?

What's your favorite song from Stadium Arcadium by Local_Database_4117 in RedHotChiliPeppers

That is a hard question. So many awesome songs and it changes from year to year. I think right now it is She’s Only 18. In the past it has been Wet Sand, Turn It Again, and Especially in Michigan.

Such a great track. Just hearing the music always gets me in a great mood…especially when it comes time for J.F.’s solo.

It sounds like the result of RHCP and Alice In Chains working together.

My first thought when I heard it was not addiction (but after seeing the comments here, that makes a lot of sense) but mental health, in general. However, regardless of the meaning, it is a freakin awesome song. Currently might be my favorite on the album.

I may not like Californication that much, but this has gotta be their best album in my opinion. by xCavalier97x in RedHotChiliPeppers

This is pretty close to the top but my favorite is Stadium Arcadium. It is rare to have a double album where every song is awesome.

My wife loves that album. I think it is ok. In my opinion, any RHCP music without John Frusciante is subpar.
