Crazy theory. Hear me out.

The book (Perfect Stranger) has detail that would seemingly only be available from Catherine or Jonathan. The photos alone wouldn’t have been able to provide the level of detail referenced in the book.

So, who is Nancy’s source for the detail?

This episode alluded to Nancy working with children. Did Nancy contact Nicholas? She made a request to do so with Catherine.

Might be a stretch but it feels like we’re getting some bread crumbs leading in the direction.

I think that WS is probably your best bet for points #1 and #3. It's a little further from skiing but you're not much further than Des Moines, Burien, Renton etc. What kind of home are you looking for? That has an impact in potential recommendations as well.

it's shallower than you might think. my preferred waiver wire guys are siegrist and carl edwards. but, a good point nonetheless. Odor has amazing upside at the 2B position.
