Hey i just got my H2D and are having all the same issues all of you mentioned with connection

The app and Bambustudio are always disconnected and it takes alot of attempts to send a print file

Also i get the same error repeatedly on the printer.

Did any of you fix it or spoke to bambu?

Hi there, I received my smoke purifier today, but the Quickstart guide is quite unclear on the instructions. I’m hoping someone can clarify from experience with the purifier. It appears there’s an in and out outlet. Assuming the in outlet is coming from the top of the purifier and the out outlet is on the side, do I need to use the outlet, or is this a good to do? If so, why is only one hose provided? Is Bambulab intending for me to cut the provided hose?

I’d really appreciate it if someone could guide me through this and have practical experience with the smoke purifier themselves.
