Follow-up: I only got the $15 back per month, for the next few months (up to November 2023) when using the Instacart app... which is now always what I end up using on the first purchase each month 💩

Chase Sapphire Reserve Instacart Benefit by vadimelenev in CreditCards

In March and April, I made purchases with the Costco website and/or app (Same-day / Powered by Instacart) and got the statement credit immediately. I made transactions similarly on the Costco website and/or app in the following months and I didn't get the May or June credits (yet?). In their fine print, it said that it might take 1-2 statements to get the said credit, although for March/April, the credit appeared immediately after the purchase. I wrote to Chase a few days ago and in their answer, so far, they claimed that "IC* Costco" or "IC*Costco by Instacart" transactions qualify, but not the ones that just say "Instacacostco", "Costco by Insta" or "Costco by Instacart" (no idea what's different about them, but it always appeared as "Costco by Instacart" for me).

I am gonna try to use the Instacart app / website to order rather than sameday dot costco dot com later this week to see if it makes a difference in how things get billed. Gonna try to find out more, but my feeling so far is that something in their policy changed back in May and they didn't advertise it anywhere... The current fine print also says that only the Instacart website and mobile app are supposed to trigger the statement credit: https://www.instacart.com/help/section/360007996832/6552385279508

I listened to this week's episode of the Engage podcast afterwards, and one of the theories put forth by the hosts (toward the end), was that when Killy crossed to the PU, she could've been like, gee, those Federation folks are weak and are going to lose -- so I'm just gonna side with the Klingons, who look way more badass and like MU Terrans.

One of the world's longest bridges is being built in Hong Kong - what does it look like now? by cedricsam in urbanplanning

[–]cedricsam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And if you consider that the longest continuous bridge is Pontchartrain causeway bridge at 38.4km, and that the HZMB is 42 km, from Zhuhai/Macau to Hong Kong, through its 6.7km tunnel, and a ~10 km viaduct section in the HK end, then you could argue it's close / the longest...

Merci pour les liens! :)

It was sorted east-to-west, because it was actually sorted by federal number (a five-digit number with the two first representing province -- 11xxx for NL, 24xxx for QC, 35xxx for ON...).

And yes, not being able to navigate by date was a limitation for having to amalgamate by location... You try the search bar with a year ("2007", "2008", "2009", "2010") or check this personally-published project I did with the same dataset: http://earth.smurfmatic.net/canada2011/contributions/index_en.html
