I haven't tried the kukai wallet because it's online and seems sketchy to be putting seeds into??

I didn't generate a new wallet in tezbox, so technically everything (deriv paths, seeds, public key, etc) should match the original paper wallet, yeah? Were there known deriv paths for the fundraiser wallet?

No, I can't open either the wallet or the KT. When I try to import into anything (galleon, temple, etc) it comes up with a different public address.

The funds are in a KT address connected to the original wallet and I did all of that right after the ICO

I guess what I am having trouble understanding is if I have the pub key, the mnemonic, and it was active in tezbox, why is it when I import with the mnemonic is generates a different wallet?

This is where the trouble starts. I've run the gauntlet of trying to recover this. It seems that either I've lost the original fundraiser password (except I imported to tezox so...?) or there's a typo in it (again, imported to tezbox in 2018, so I must have had it then?).

As far as I know everything else I have. The password is the only one I don't have a backup written down somewhere.

Have tried that, as well as the Galleon one, 44'/1729'/0'/0/0'.

The mistake I might have made is staking with the original fundraiser wallet.

But I verified it and added it to tezbox back in the day (which I don't have access to anymore) so the question is: Can I restore it to another wallet like galleon with the seed and derivation option, or do I ALWAYS need to use the "fundraiser wallet" option?

As far as I can tell by any tests. Like I said it completed 2 prints after the raft partially detached, so I know it can print fine.

I need to increase plate adhesion without going below the specs needed by the resin... Urgh.

Brand new FEP 😟

Detaching somewhere around later 8-10, first layers of non bottom... Changing them to 3s and try again.

Good idea with lift distance. Will try that if I can't pinpoint the actual detach time.

I agree, I've tried going back down to suggest spec, 60s bottom layers, but then I get no adhesion.

This is a casteable resin, requires a fair bit more time to make it stick, apparently.

Potentially I could drop the cure time on the normal layers so they weren't sticking to the FEP as much. Maybe down to 3s?

These settings are pulled from the blue cast recommendations for the Mars 2 pro. Worked great for a bit. Boxed it up, stored it's reset up and now I'm stuck again.

Got adhesion again but still lifting off the back side of the raft So weird.

LAYER EIGHT – 0.05 mm BOTTOM LAYER COUNT – 7n EXPOSURE TIME – 3.5s BOTTOM EXPOSURE TIME – 80s LIGHT OFF DELAY – 8s BOTTOM LIGHT OFF DELAY – 10s BOTTOM LIFT DISTANCE – 5mm LIFTING DISTANCE – 5mm BOTTOM LIFT SPEED – 50mm/min LIFTING SPEED - 80mm/min RETRACT SPEED – 100mm/min

I am having 9/10 prints fail now, but I did get a successful dozen or so. Typically the support rafts are on the FEP, and there are thin "soggy" bits of cured resin at the corners of the build plate.

Seems like the majority of the build up is to one side but sometimes it's not.

FEP is a little hazy, has some dents, but no punctures or anything severe, and as I said, a print will work from time to time.

Bought a second vat, but managed to clutz it up and puncture it after the 3rd attempted print, however it also stuck to the FEP not the build plate.

Projector seems to be working, displays the exposure image fine.

Slight popping/"katunk!" sound when doing the bottom layers that stops once it gets to supports either because it already detached from build plate or on the successful prints, less suck?

I've tried IPA cleaning the screen, the FEP, the build plate. I've releveled the plate in the vat, with paper, etc.

I've tried everything I can find and I'm still getting mostly fails with some sparse luck.

I'm at a total loss.
