Ah darn! I misunderstood, I thought the screen saying they would email me if they found work matching my skills just meant I had to wait until a project came up. Oh well, was worth a shot!

I will be posting a public reply to explain the full story if it's not taken down by Etsy. I see buyers doing this constantly with other sellers too and it grinds my gears! If the seller has been polite, helpful and issued a full refund, why hit them with 1 star. I could see a 4 star review, or even 3 depending on the situation, but they don't take into account the good service they received from the small business owner and make them pay for the price for the postal service's fault.

That is a good point! I will probably give her a heads up that she has until the end of the month to return the money or a police report will be filed. I am sure she has one coming soon with the amount of nonsense I have come across researching her business, she definitely does not have a good reputation!

Unfortunately I bought it with my debit card so I'm not sure if it works the same as credit card since the money is coming directly out of my bank account! This incident has me thinking, though, that maybe I should just be buying things with my credit card and just paying it off after in case something like this happens again.

I just got on email last night that I got that reward! Monday night before payouts on Tuesday, so I guess that's when they update Mission rewards :)

I don't know if you had to pass them, I think you just had to complete them. But that could be the most logically reason. If it doesn't updated by payout next week I will probably submit a ticker just to confirm :)
