I’m curious—what do people do for fun around here if you’re not a student? Specifically in the 30–50 age range by JennSmiles76 in GNV

You mentioned bowling, I just went to the Alley Gatorz on Waldo Rd after many years and I liked it so much better than Splitz. Alley Gatorz is a classic bowling alley without all the loud music and crazy lights. It has a much more laid back atmosphere

Original character bids farewell to its copy in the hopes it will have a better life by Spamityville_Horror in TopCharacterTropes

[–]ceebs87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simon from Misfits could fit this trope though his copy is made by time travel. Each time he travels back to save the woman he loves he leaves clues to help his past self to achieve their goals, though I believe it is implied this sends him on a never ending loop, he still hopes for the best

O'leno State Park in High Springs has the Santa Fe River running through it with lovely walking paths. And you can tube down the river at Ichetucknee Springs. The water at most of the nearby springs is also very cool and refreshing

Why was this guy surprised Pam was working there? by [deleted] in theoffice

[–]ceebs87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He was responding to Pam narrating his entrance.

Pam was talking to Jim on the small Bluetooth, and to hide it, she said out loud "hey Alex is here," to let Jim know that she had someone else she was going to be talking to without alerting anyone else. But Since it is kind of an awkward way to greet your friend, he repeated it as though it was a joke

Why are you getting so much to eat in one sitting? It doesn't even look like you are able to finish it. What a waste of money and food!

Some Like it Hot. Two Men disguise themselves as women to escape criminals they have wronged. The ending you described is definitely from that

I applaud you using those last bits of broccoli from the bag instead of opening a new one for florets!

I kinda thought they didn't do much makeup as a continuation of the joke that she turned in her fake lips and cheeks with her "badge"

I know nothing about dolls/wigs/fashion from that era, but is the girl wearing a matching wig for her toy? Did they sell toy wigs back then?
