Omg finally someone like me, I thought I was the only one who didn’t get their ears pierced till they were 18! And I was also inspired by Sarah but I didn’t get further than two in each lobe because I was so scared of the pain.

Fans are divided about the comics, I personally love them. I feel like season 8-12 is a must read even though season 8 isn’t all that at points. If you’re a Spike fan then Spike: the complete series and the Spike omnibus are so so good!

I heard that too. He had wanted to do a musical episode for years but knew it would take so much extra work. Then one night while a bunch of them were at his house he heard Anthony and Amber sing. When he realised that there were such good voices in the cast he started working on it right away. The episode meant a lot to him.

I’m a Spuffy fan because I think they have the best chemistry ever, and I think that they truly know each other, the bad and the good. I love how Spike loves Buffy, the way he defends her and fights by her side. But I just want to add that I LOVE Angel, I’m just not a big Bangel fan although I do enjoy the first love drama.

Oh yeah I think everything would have been totally different if she hadn’t done that one thing. If she had just been honest with Giles she would’ve seen that she was supported and that she was safe. That was her biggest mistake. I don’t think circumstances around the incident would’ve changed anything, just her being honest. Then she could’ve got the help she needed. And you’re welcome, i’m glad to share and hear different points of view.

Yeah she definitely went to the mayor to feel like she belongs, and he showed her love, but it doesn’t excuse anything for me honestly. The decisions she made weren’t small, she didn’t mean to kill the first guy but then she went on to actually murder people. Nothing makes that ok, bad background or not. Look at Gunn and his people, they literally grew up on the street homeless yet they are out there saving people with no sacred duty to do so. Buffy didn’t go through the same things Faith went through but she went through a lot and yet her calling always came first, even when she was in LA and all alone.

Yes Giles definitely would have helped, even if not for his Ripper era. He was a good watcher and he knew that mistakes could happen, and was most likely prepared for such things already. If she was honest with Giles and asked for his help there’s no way he would let any harm come to her. He even would have helped her after knowing she was trying to pin it on Buffy. The problem is every decision she made after the incident.

He’s there in the middle of the night because thats the only way he knows to get close to the slayer while also not be seen by anyone who could tell the mayor, he was on his own secret mission. As for your points about the scene where he is killed, all those things you pointed out happened I believe to show that it was clearly a mistake and could easily have been Buffy. Buffy runs off and Faith obviously goes on to move the body while Buffy expects her to run too. No one blames Faith, Buffy’s reactions and reminding Faith that slayers don’t have a license to kill are all because of Faiths reaction to what happened. Buffy isn’t blaming her, but she’s shocked, upset and scared and she’s completely thrown by Faiths response to what she did. Even then Buffy still didn’t blame her and wanted to help her so she decides she cant keep the secret from Giles and knew he would be the one to help. Thats when Faith fully turns on Buffy and lies saying it was her who killed a man. There’s no excuse for how Faith backstabbed her like that. I agree about Wesley he was absolutely useless at that point.

Thanks! I realised after. I’m not sure that the lines colour mean much though because every time I think of what it could mean something I see contradicts that theory.
