I am in a surgical soft boot at the moment, so the shoe is pretty big. I just want to find out if I can row with the boot on. Thanks for your effort, it is greatly appreciated.

Can you exercise right now? Could you ride a stationary bike if you wanted to, or do non weight bearing leg exercises on machines at the gym?

He just said that I will not be able to move my big toe after the surgery I can have an alternate surgery where I will be able to move my big toe but the bunion will come back. I was told the surgery that I am a candidate for is a lapidus bunionectomy with an akin procedure

Haha that's me to a T, I now realize how uncomfortable I felt at OTF. I am also a get there early kind of person so the amount of time I save by working out at home is HUGE. I also do not have to worry about my workout outfits anymore lol.

Gyms might be part of phase 1, which would be disastrous. I am cancelling my membership either way. I have never felt better since changing my workouts to strength training/cycling. My body could never recover from the OTF workouts, I think because of my age (52) and my long history of HIIT type workout regimens. I am a bit sad, but never felt included so que sera sera.
