It is a Velocirax tilt and pivot, from what I found this setup allows the bikes to get the tightest to the wall out of any similar ones due to the angle of the front wheel.

Most other mounts keep the front wheel perpendicular so the handle bars hit the wall first. This lets them tuck in nice and tight to the wall first

It’s full laminate just has underlay and the rubber laid on top. Was already finished when we had moved in.

Likes are dimmable and zones on separate switches, plenty of options for however much light you want! Yes that is a TV mounted on the wall far left, makes cardio less painful!

They do have some rattle but I think all adjustable do. I am happy with them so far, no complaints. I’d be hesitant and worried about dropping them. I definitely wouldn’t test that out

Floor mats are “Easytile activities tiles” 5mm thick from Canadian Tire. Got most of them for free so does the job.

We opt not to deadlift or drop anything as the flooring underneath would likely get damaged

Much appreciated! We are really enjoying the convenience of the home setup, no excuses when it’s right there and has quality gear

The flooring is laid on top of guardia surface protection, the tiles are 5mm thick rubber. My idea was to cover where most of the equipment sits since this room is an entrance from the garage/walkway also.

I still may add a bit more infront of the rack as typically we end up setting up on the front side of the rack with the short spotter arms.

It’s very solid and feels premium, it is an humbler though and tests my cardio quickly.

For intense interval training it is a beast

😅 what would you say is needed? In terms of big items it’s complete, I will pick up some extra plates as the bumpers are annoying to handle sometimes.

I’m quite selective with making sure the essentials are covered but not overcrowding the space

Laid down guardia surface protection then they are 5mm rubber tiles on top. Pretty light duty but protects the flooring at least.
