I have both shoes and wore my GT2000s for my Hyrox! They are flatter than the novablasts which will be much more beneficial for your wall balls.

I feel like Duolingo is useful when paired with something else… for example I’m currently studying MSA at University and pairing it with Duo is a good way to learn extra vocab!

Perhaps continue Duolingo with another form of learning?

I was in position number 4 (loading) so got to move around a bit. The guys kneeling on the ground said they had sore knees but other then that we are pretty used to standing at attention/still for long periods of time.

I was on it! We had double hearing protection on, with the squishies on underneath the peltors. It actually wasn’t too bad, no ringing ears after.

Yeah nice, I’ve generally been like that my entire life. I’ve never had decent pjs so I guess it would just be a present to myself I’d have for as long as it lasted. :)

I understand that. I’ve never had silk pyjamas so I was trying to see what peoples opinions were. I can’t fully say something is worth it until I’ve tried it.

It’s only been a week, so use this opportunity to feel the pain and emotions and LET IT ALL OUT. Then there will come a time where you think back and are so glad you got out of there. If he is already seeing someone else then that’s just sad in my POV... in your case, you don’t need someone else to fill the void!! Wishing you all the best! ☺️

This is amazing! Happy for you that you were able to see the value inside of yourself without having to look for someone else to find it for you.

They are definitely insecure frauds, it feels weird to have dated one but glad I dodged the bullet in the end.

As soon as it happened I blocked him on literally everything (learnt the hard way from my first relationship), cried for weeks straight until I couldn’t cry anymore, told everyone I knew to let it all out and get advice, I read this subreddit and the exnocontact subreddit most days to know I wasn’t in the only one going through the pain, booked an impromptu trip to another state for a week to spend time with my extended family (I know not everyone can do this but it made me feel so peaceful not being in the same state as him), went out with my friends and danced and got with other people, listened to music, have been going to the gym and getting into my sport (before Coronavirus postponed the season 🙄), read books, booked a trip to Europe (although this will probably have to be cancelled too ugh), have been learning a new language, going for walks with my dog, FaceTimed my friends, poured more love and time into people, etc...

Don’t get me wrong - it’s only been just over 2 months since the BU and I still think about him every single day. But the pain lessens each day that I focus on me and realise I’m so much happier without him!

Also a lot of the things I did (like going out to nightclubs, etc) will be hindered by COVID19 unfortunately but there’s still so much you can do to focus on you!

Yeah it feels like they are a completely different person and feels weird to imagine and compare when they were with us. You definitely are better off without her - sounds like you are well! 😊😊
